Jacqueline Baylor

Jacqueline Kay Baylor (Chernich), peacefully left this world on July 31, 2026, at the Reading Hospital. Born on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ernestine (Arnt) Chernich. Jacqueline was the devoted wife of the late Paul P. Baylor.

Jacqueline was known for her infectious spirit and unwavering kindness. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often immersing herself in crossword puzzles and losing herself in the narratives of war movies. Above all, her heart blossomed in the company of her family, particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Paul G. Baylor, Deborah Himes, Sandra Smith, Donna Geiger, Sharon Baylor, Lisa Baylor, Lorraine Pan, alongside her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry forth her legacy of love and warmth.

Jacqueline is predeceased by her son Robert Baylor.

Jacqueline's memory will be honored and celebrated during a viewing that will take place on Monday, July 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Warker~Troutman Funeral Home Inc., in Pottstown. A service reflecting her life and love will follow at 11 a.m. at the same location.

Jacqueline will be laid to rest in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Pottstown, where family and friends will gather to pay their final respects.
