Jacqueline M. Banks Frazier, 66, of Pottstown, PA passed away on Monday September 23, 2019 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA . Born in Phoenixville, PA she was the daughter of the late Emmitt a. and Margaret Amy (Colbert) Banks. Jacqueline had worked for the State of Pennsylvania for over 35 years retiring from Graterford State Prison. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Phoenixville, PA and was a daughter of the Montgomery Elks Lodge in Pottstown, PA. Surviving are two sisters Marlene M. wife of Keith Wood of Limerick, PA and Donna Harrison of Spring City, PA . Funeral services will be held at Bethel Baptist Church 412 Fairview Street Phoenixville, PA on Monday September 30, 2019 at 11 A.M. A viewing will be held on Monday from 9-11 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown, PA . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for her final expenses can be sent to 17 King Way Royersford, PA 19468-4312 Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 E. High St., Pottstown, PA is in charge of arrangements.
