Howard T Fulmer

Howard T. "Jebs" Fulmer Jr., 89, went to be with his Lord and savior on September 7, 2021. He died peaceably of natural causes at Manatawny Manor after a short-term rehab stay.

Howard was the son of the late Howard and Katherine (Taney) Fulmer Sr.

Howard was born on February 23, 1932 in Phoenixville, PA. He suffered a brain aneurysm as a teenager from which he had to learn how to walk again. He graduated from high school in 1950. He took college courses at Drexel University in Philadelphia while working as a draftsman for Bethlehem Steel. He later worked as a civil engineer to build the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant.

He married the love of his life, Carol in July 1958 and they were married for 52 wonderful years. They had four children. Howard was a family man that enjoyed camping, swimming, playing ball and spending time with his children. His hobbies included golf, hunting, making stained glass, wood working and wood carving. He loved to travel and watch sports on television. His church family at Limerick Chapel was a very important part of his life.

Along with his parents, Howard is predeceased by his beloved wife Carol (Updegrove) Fulmer and a sister June Fulmer.

Howard leaves behind his four children daughter, Terri Rhodes (Rod), Kevin Fulmer (Vicki), Jeff Fulmer (Barb) and Keith Fulmer, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

A service will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 11:00 at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home Inc. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home.

Entombment will be private for the family only; it will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
