Herbert H. Scarlotta

Herbert H. Scarlotta, 90, widower of Jennie (Mascellino) Scarlotta formerly of St. Clair St. Pottstown passed away Monday in the Lancaster General Hospital. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII. A member of St. Aloysius RC Church.He was employed as a coal loader by Lehigh Coal Co. and later as a tire inspector at the Firestaone Tire and Ribber Co. Surviving are daughters Mary Jo wife of Greg Mienzer and Judi wife of Jim Mirphy. A son Anthony and wife Nancy Scarlotta. Nine garndchildren and one Great-Grandson. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 am Thursday in St. Aloysius RC Church Beech and Hanover Sts. Pottstown. A viewing will be held Thursday 9 to 10 am at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 High St. Pottsown. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery.
