Helena Gould

Helena M. Gould passed away peacefully on May 12, 2020 at the Sanatoga Center with her daughter by her side. She was born November 11, 1933 in Reading, PA. Her parents were Walter & Katie Shupp. She attended the Cornerstone Prayer & Worship where she was Mother of the Church. She was a homemaker and took care of most of her brothers and sisters. She loved going fishing with her husband of 42 years. She was known by many people as "Mom mom," and babysat for children in the neighborhood. She held one of the most important jobs in the whole world: accepting and loving everyone who came in her path. Her presence will be sorely missed. She is predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Gould, Sr. and her 15 brothers and sisters. Helena is survived by her two children: Lawrence Gould, Jr. and Deborah Gould; two grandchildren: James L. Cooper (wife Sheree Cooper) and Andrea Cooper, six great grandchildren: James, Javanna, Teagan, Jeremiah, Josiah and Ember. A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
