Helen M. Mcdonnell

Helen M. McDonnell, 81, widow of Thomas A. McDonnell of Pottstown, PA passed away on Saturday August 17, 2013 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Shamokin, PA she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ruth (Roadarmel) Rebuck. Helen had worked in quality control for Philco-Ford Corporation in Lansdale, PA for many years. She was a member of St. Gabriel's R.C.C. Howard & Jefferson Streets, Stowe, PA . She had been a member of the Clubman's Association of St. Gabriel's Lodge. Surviving is a son Patrick McDonnnell husband of Frances of Royersford, PA and two daughters Helen Neville of Lawrenceville, GA and Ruthann Long of Pottstown, PA. She is also survived by a sister Janet Polastre of Elysburg, PA and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel's R.C.C. on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Pottstown, PA . A viewing will be Thursday from 10-11 A.M. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Helen's name to Father Bally Council #1192, Knights of Columbus, 675 Constitution Avenue, Stowe, PA 19464.
