Helen E. Kraynyak

Helen E. (Hudicka) Kraynyak, 92, wife of the late Michael Kraynyak, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia. Beloved mother of Dr. Barbara Anne, Ph.D, of South Boundbrook,NJ, and Michael (Helen) Kraynyak of St. Peter's; grandmother to Dr. Michael J. Kraynyak of Eugene, ORE, and Matthew B. Kraynyak (Kimberely) of San Diego, CA . Sister of Margaret Lisicky (Joseph), sister-in-law Margaret Hudicka, and brothers-in-law Daniel M. & Thomas G. Crane, and sister-in-law Anna Mae Kraynyak, FL. Also survived by 16 nephews and nieces. Helen was a member of the St. Agnes School of Nursing, class of 1941, and a former pediatric nurse at St. Vincent's Home for Children in Philadelphia. Viewing will be held on Thursday morning December 16, 2010 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church, 301 Cherry St., Pottstown, followed by a divine liturgy. Interment will be in Sts.Peter & Paul cemetery in Springfield, Delaware County. In lieu of flowers, the family requests tthat donations be made to the St. John's Building Fund or to The Clinic, 143 Church St., Phoenixville, PA 19460.
