Harley G. Egolf, Sr., 82, widower of Shirley L. (Schwenk) Egolf passed away on Friday November 25, 2016 at Manor Care, Pottstown, PA Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late John and Emma (Kalis) Egolf. Harley had worked as a carpet installer for the former William Fennell carpets of Pottstown, PA for 34 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is survived by three sons Harley G. Egolf, Jr. of Pottstown, PA, Kenneth Egolf of Laceyville, PA and Daniel Egolf of Sugar Run, PA . He is also survived by four daughters Debra Moore and Cindy Hoopes both of Pottstown, PA and Barbara Egolf of Gilbertsville, PA and Annette Holuba of Connecticut. He is pre-deceased by two sons Richard & John Egolf. He is also survived by two brothers Vernon Egolf of Hereford and Ronald Egolf of Jacksonville, NC . Harley is pre-deceased by six brothers Sharpless, Lou, Abe, Richard, John & David Egolf and a sister Bertha Templin. He is survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Wednesday November 30, 2016 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. Barry Moyer, Chaplain of Caring Hospice Services officiating. A viewing will be Wednesday from 10 – 11 A.M. at the funeral Home. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, North Coventry Township. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society 110 West Laurel Ave. Cheltenham, PA 19012.
