Frank S. Noecker

Frank S. Noecker, 84 , once married to the late Betty (Brian) and companion to Esther A. Drabinsky passed away on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA . Born in Pottstown, PA he was a son of the late Earl P. and Margaret H. (Kopynash) Noecker, Sr. Frank had worked in quality control for Stanley Flaggs Co. formerly of Stowe, PA for 45 years. He was a member of the Pottstown Orioles, Manatawny Association, Pikesville Sportsmans Club, Stonersville Fire Co. and the Boyertown Senior Center. Frank enjoyed fishing at Scotts Run Lake and camping in the Pocono's. He was an avid softball player having played till his 50's. He loved going to Boyertown Bears Legion games and going to breakfast with his buddies at McDonalds. Surviving are three sons Frank S. Noecker, Jr. husband of Donna of Oley, PA, David Noecker of Birdsboro, PA and Harry Noecker husband of Debbie of Kintnersville, PA with whom he resided. He was pre-deceased by a son Robert Noecker. Frank is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was pre-deceased by four brothers John, Paul, Andrew & Earl Noecker. Funeral services will be Monday April 4, 2016 at 11 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. Dr. Donald Eisenhauer officiating. Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA A viewing will be Monday from 10 – 11 A.M. at the funeral home.
