H. Troop, 85, husband of Ethel E. (Moyer) Troop of Hill Road, Knauertown, PA died Monday evening March 5, 2012 at his residence. Francis Born in Harmonyville, PA, he was the son of the late John R. & Bessie (Orrs) Troop. Francis had worked as both a mechanic and a miner for Grace Mines in Morgantown, PA for 22 years. He was a member of St. Peter's U.C.C. in Knauertown, PA and was a 32nd degree mason. Surviving is a son Barry F. Troop, Sr. husband of Donna of St. Peter's, PA . Also, a brother John C. Troop husband of Gladys of Knauertown, PA and a sister Katherine widow of George Ellwanger of Lower Pottsgrove Township and two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 10 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA with the Rev. John Kolle, pastor of Harmonyville Church of the Brethren officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter's U.C.C. Cemetery in Knauertown, PA . A viewing will be Saturday from 9 – 10 A.M. at the funeral home.
