Evelyn E. Deleonardis

Evelyn E. DeLeonardis, 88, widow of Daniel DeLeonardis and companion of Harry Leister of Woodland Drive, Lower Pottsgrove Township died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Edna (Barto) Fillman. Evelyn had worked as the secretary for the Borough manager of Pottstopwn for nine years. She then worked as a legal secretary for Wells, Loeben, Hoffman, Holloway law firm in Pottstown for 31 years before her retirement in 1989. She was a member of St. Aloysius R.C.C. in Pottstown, PA . Surviving with her companion, are two brothers Chester B. Fillman, Jr. husband of Jean of Boyertown, PA and Harold E. Fillman husband of Diane of Pottstown, PA. Also, one sister Jane widow of Carl DiPietro of Pottstown, PA . Graveside services and entombment will be Monday at 11 A.M. at the Police & Firefighters Garden Crypt of Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown, PA . There will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Diabetic Research Center at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, 1600 East High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
