Eleanor R. Panfile

Eleanor R. (Harbacs) Panfile, 91, widow of Anthony J. Panfile of Howard Street, Stowe, PA passed away on Friday July 4, 2014 at her residence. Born in Devault, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary A. (Zueno) Harbacs. Eleanor was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Family was the focus of her life. She was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, PA where she was a member of the church's Altar & Rosary Society, the Woman's Club and Senior Citizens. She was also a member of St. Aloysius Senior Citizens. She will be lovingly missed by her two sons Donald A. Panfile husband of Marianne of Forked River, NJ, Peter A. Panfile husband of Louise of Boyertown, PA ; and her daughter Rosemarie A. wife of Ronald Malanga of Warren, Ohio and six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Joseph E. Harbacs husband of Pauline of Douglassville, PA and six sisters Mary A. Dolhanczyk widow of John, Ann M. wife of Joseph Ross and Betty A. Grace widow of Thomas , all of Stowe, PA, Irene wife of Andrew Lopuski, Sr. of Pottstown, PA and Jeanette wife of William Gatta and Theresa wife of Ronald Yost, Jr. both of Stowe, PA She is pre-deceased by a brother James Harbacs and four sisters Dorothy Conway, Helen Vanore, Margaret Messer & Sophie Paolucci. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA A viewing will be Wednesday evening, July 9, 2014 from 7-9 P.M. and Thursday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA In lieu of flowers m emorial contributions can be made to St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful R.C.C., 127 East Howard Street Stowe, PA 19464.
