Edward J Grain

Edward J. Grain, 71, widower of Linda L. (Landis) Grain of Sanatoga, PA passed away on Saturday March 11, 2017 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Edward and Alice Grain. Edward Has worked as a machine operator for the B.F. Goodrich Co. of Oaks, PA and then as a fork lift operator for Occidental Chemical Co. formerly of Pottstown, PA . He was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam. Ed was a member of the First Church of the Brethren in Pottstown . He was also a member of the Manatawny Association, Holy Trinity Club, Pottstown Quoit Club and the Sanatoga Rod & Gun Club. Surviving are five children Edward Grain of Sanatoga, Lisa Borzunati of Lancaster, PA Kevin Grain of Reading, PA, Samuel Stalsby of Birdsboro, PA and Sherry Shank wife of Robert of Boyertown, PA . He is also survived by a sister Carol Martin of Lancaster, PA and a granddaughter Dani and a great grandson Chase. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 18, 2017 at Noon from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA . The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 A.M. till Noon at the funeral home.
