Donald A Fry Jr

Donald A. Fry Jr., a cherished companion of Irene, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, at the age of 83. He was born on February 22, 1943, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, to the late Donald A. Fry Sr. and Elizabeth (Jacobs) Fry.

Donald proudly served in the United States Army, and after his military service, he dedicated several decades of his life to a successful career as an automotive mechanic. His passion for cars was well-known, with a special affection for NASCAR, particularly his favorite racer, Richard Petty. An avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.

 His heart was especially full when he spent time with his beloved companion Irene, sharing laughter, love, and listening to the timeless music of Elvis. Donald's vibrant spirit and warmth touched everyone he encountered, and he will be dearly missed by family and friends alike. 

In addition to Irene, he leaves behind cherished memories to be celebrated by his children: Debi March, Karen Hogstrom (wife of B.K.), and Donald A. Fry III (husband of Jo Marie). Donald is also survived by his siblings, including Dennis Fry (husband of Janet), Donna Dreisbach, Doreen Van Fossen (wife of Bob), and Darcy Thomas (wife of Scott). Together, the family will hold dear the moments they shared with him, forever keeping his memory alive in their hearts.
