Deborah L. Madden, née Piccoli, 75, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026 in her home in Pottstown, PA, surrounded by her loving husband and family. She was born in Philadelphia on July 4, 1950, a daughter of the late Arthur Charles and Dorothy Louise Piccoli.
Debbie loved spending time with her husband gardening, watching the birds, taking walks together with one of their beloved black labs (Fribble, Deja, Karma), and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved cooking and baking her favorite meals and desserts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her older sister, Sandra L. Piccoli.
She is survived by her husband, Randall S. Madden, her two children, James R. Benner (Linda), and Jennifer R. Devlin (Thomas “TJ”); younger sister Pamela M. McAndrew (Brian) and brother Arthur C. Piccoli (Barbara); grandchildren Julia Barriquand (Vince), Isabella Benner, Emma Devlin and Alivia Devlin Her family will miss her dearly, especially her nieces and nephews. Also, many of her and her husband’s (Maddens) extended family and friends. Debbie was devoted to her faith and attended mass regularly.

The family wishes to thank Hospice for their wonderful care, help and compassion in her final months.
A visitation will be held for family and friends on April 7, 2026, from 10a.m. till 11a.m. at St. Thomas More Church,Pottstown.
A Mass will follow at 11a.m.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the A.S.P.C.A
