Daphne Lynnette Carpenter

Daphne Lynnette Carpenter, 53, of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Friday January 16, 2015 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of Shirley Marie (Walton) Carpenter of Pottstown, PA and the late Robert Carpenter. Daphne had worked in the billing department for Family Services while working at Creative Health. She was a member of the Abundant Life Church in Birdsboro, PA. Daphne was a devout Christian. She was also involved in many charity works to help the homeless. Along with her mother, Daphne is survived by five brothers Kent Lee Carpenter husband of Vanessa of Limerick, PA, Van Dean Carpenter husband of Kelly of Reading, PA, Marcus Trent Carpenter fiancé of Isetta of Pottstown, PA, Cory Lee Carpenter of Pottstown, PA and Roman Dale Carpenter husband of Darlene also of Pottstown, PA. Daphne is also survived by a sister Tanya Stinson of Reading, PA and Gwen Carpenter of North Carolina and a brother Walter Gibson of Reading, PA and Scott Carpenter of North Carolina. She is also survived by three aunts Larestine Walton of Pottstown, PA, Gladys Walton of Reading, PA and Barbara Jean Walton of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by an uncle Gary Walton of Pottstown, PA and a host of cousins, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 A.M. from Alice Focht United Methodist Church 422 East First Street, Birdsboro, PA . Interment will be in Birdsboro Cemetery, Birdsboro, PA . A viewing will be Saturday from 9 – 10 A.M. at the church. Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA is in charge of arrangements.
