Claude A. Dye

Claude A. Dye, 88, husband of Lois M. (Dye) Dye of Lower Pottsgrove Township passed away on Saturday December 10, 2016 at his residence. Born in Lebanon, Virginia he was the son of the late Luther and Vadalou (Dye) Dye. Claude had worked at Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. and then for Occidental Chemical in Lower Pottsgrove township. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Surviving with his wife are two sons Gary Dye husband of Dana of Trappe, PA and Brian Dye husband of Renee of Boyertown, PA . Claude was also pre-deceased by a son Ronald A. Dye and survived by his daughter-in-Law Beverly Dye of Newtown, PA . He is also survived by five granddaughters and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 16, 2016 at 11 A.M. from Valley Forge Baptist Church 616 South Trappe Road Collegeville, PA. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 9:30- 11 A.M. Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories Limerick, PA . In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Crossroads Hospice 523 Plymouth Road, Suite 225 Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
