Catherine Caroline Keck

Catherine C. (Shemansky) Keck, wife of the late Earl A. Keck, passed away peacefully on November 26,

2023, surrounded by loved ones.

She was a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Martha (Greis) Shemansky.

Catherine grew up in Stowe and graduated from St. Pius X High School. She worked for many years as a secretary at Valley Forge Army Hospital in Phoenixville, where she met her husband, Earl. Catherine was very active at the West End Fire Company, where she served as a secretary. She was a member of several local organizations including St. Gabriel's Lodge, Holy Trinity, and the Knights of Columbus. Catherine enjoyed playing shuffleboard, crocheting, bingo, and baking. She loved watching movies on the Hallmark Channel, and Dateline. She was also a faithful member of her church, St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother in Stowe.

Catherine is survived by her daughters; Martha "Marty" Krupiak (husband David), Kathleen Parks (husband Daniel), Peggy Lee Levy (husband Natan), Patricia Norwood (husband Russell), a brother, Joseph Shemansky (wife Nikki), thirteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother, 127 Howard Street, Stowe. Visitation will be prior to Mass from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. in the Church.

Burial will follow Mass in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Pottstown.
