Carol Ann Scherer

Carol Ann (Neiman) Scherer, 80, wife of the late James Charles Scherer, passed away Sunday, May 19,

2024 at Manatawny Manor with her loving family by her side.

She was a daughter of the late Lester and Margurite "Rita"(Vichio) Neiman.

Carol worked at Pottstown Hospital for 35 years. Carol enjoyed crocheting, music and was very proud of her Irish heritage. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Carol leaves behind her memories to be cherished by her children: Timothy Scherer (wife Michele), John Scherer (wife Donna), Mark Scherer (wife Susan), brother Dennis Neiman, grandchildren; Scott (wife Meghan), Matthew, Jacob, Andrew, Corinne, Chloe, great-grandchildren; Jack and Madeline.

Along with beloved husband and parents, Carol is predeceased by a brother, John Neiman.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. at the Warker Troutman Funeral Home Inc., Pottstown, PA. Service will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Inurnment will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
