Carol Ann (Walker) Bender, 59, wife of Larry L. Bender of Stowe, PA passed away on Tuesday August 16, 2016 at Paoli Hospital, Paoli, PA . Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late George W. and Mary Jane (Byler) Walker. Carol Ann had worked in the cafeteria of Franklin School in the Pottstown School District for the past seven years. Carol Ann loved country music, especially Randy Travis. She had a great love for her german shepherd Macho Man. Surviving with her husband are four step-children Richie Bender who resides in the state of Washington, Bradley and Dion Bender both residing in North Coventry Township and Audrey Bender of Sarasota, FL . She is also survived by two step-grandchildren Wesley Weaver and Michael Cady. A viewing will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 7-8:30 P.M. at Warker-Toutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 24, 2016 at 10 A.M. in St. Aloysius R.C.C. 223 Beech Street, Pottstown, PA . Private interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to local American Cancer Society of your choice.
