Anthony Klimas

Anthony Klimas, 47, of Boyertown, PA, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019, at his residence. Born in Chester, PA he was the son of Helena E. (Fenimore)(Patti) Klimas of Boyertown and the late Casimir Klimas of Kingsport, TN. Anthony was a 1992 graduate of Reading High School and attended Montgomery County Community College. He was a car salesman for 15 years before leaving to become the owner of Forgotten Dreams antique store. Anthony, had a way with people, and an unforgettable way with words that made him very memorable. All his life he was very creative and that showed most in his art and stained glass. Anthony enjoyed fishing and playing chess, he also volunteered and participated in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Pottstown and Bark for Life of Pottstown. In life, one little decision can make a huge impact on not just you but also those that love and care for you. Anthony had a loving and supporting family and had everything a man could need. But drugs took ahold of his life, changed him, and destroyed so much of the hope and promise in his future. Surviving with his mother are his sons Alexander Klimas of Boyertown, and Traviss Klimas of Pottstown, his daughters Michelle Mauro of Lancaster, and Charlee Klimas of Pottstown and his grandson Landon Mauro of Lancaster. Two sisters Katherine (Klimas) Oldham of Eagleville, and Debra (Klimas) Oister and her husband Russel, Jr of Pottstown; three nieces Kaitlyn Oldham, Abigale Oister, Merideth Oister and one nephew William Oldham, III. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family who loved him very much. His family will receive friends, Monday, April 29th, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., at St. Columbkill Catholic Church 200 Indian Spring Road, Boyertown, PA 19512 followed by a catholic mass. Burial will be private.
