Annette M. Childers

Annette M. (Mack) Childers, 71, of Pottstown, wife of Larry Childers, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015, at Good Shepherd Hospice, Sebring, FL. Friends and relatives are invited to her funeral services Thursday, April 23 with the viewing from 9:30-10:45 a.m. and mass at 11 both at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta parish church, Swamp Pike, Limerick. Interment will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Annette's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105-3678. Annette had one son, Jason, who passed in 2005. She is survived by her husband and two sisters, Helen and Patricia, both of Pottstown. Annette began her careerat Evans, Conger & Bahr, Inc., in 1961 which eventually merged with Evans, Hauseman & Richard, Inc. in 1994. She became Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter and Account Manager and dealt with both large and small commercial accounts. Annette retired in 2008 after 46 years in the insurance business. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Pottstown.
