Anna K. Shoop

Anna K. Shoop, 91, widow of George R. Shoop of Frederick Living Community, Frederick, PA and formerly of Pottstown, PA passed away on Sunday January 25, 2015 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late John A. and Mary L. (Artim) Ruyak. She was a member of Holy Trinity R.C.C. 370 South Street, Pottstown, PA and a former member of Holy Trinity's Woman's Guild & Altar & Rosary Society. Anna was also a member of the Firestone Retiree's. Surviving are two daughters Barbara A. widow of Frederick L. Browning of Pottstown, PA and Kathryn M. Hacker wife of James Hacker of East Coventry Township. She is also survived by two grandchildren Scott M. Browning companion of Annette McCarthy of Stowe, PA and Sandra L. Benner wife of Brent of Boyertown, PA. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren Rylee & Wyatt Benner and many nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by three brothers Paul G. Ruyak, George C. Ruyak and John Ruyak and two sisters Mary K. Takacs and Helen Barlas. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Trinity R.C.C. on Friday January 30, 2015 at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA. A viewing will be Friday from 9:30-10:30 A.M. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA .
