Alexis W. Slaybaugh

Alexis W. "Meem" Slaybaugh, 57, wife of Ted J. Slaybaugh of Mulberry Street, Pottstown, died Thursday at Lehigh Valley Hospital Allentown, PA. Born in Phoenixville, she was the daughter of the late Paul G. and Nancy (McCann) Webb. Alexis was a registered nurse and had worked for Creative Health Services of Pottstown in the childrens program for 36 years. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. Surviving with her husband of 36 years are two sons Ted J. Slaybaugh, Jr. husband of Debbie of Niantic, PA and John Slaybaugh of Boyertown, PA . Also, a sister M. Sandra Webb of Pottstown, PA . Also, two grandchildren Jonathan and Tyler Slaybaugh and two great-grandchildren Ayden and Payton Alexis Slaybaugh. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6-7 P.M. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 East High Street Pottstown, PA .
